A note to artists / Redhead Agency
Great careers don't start with an agency. They start with an artist who gives people a reason to listen.
Discover our approach01 — Our perspective
A booking agency can open doors. But joining a roster doesn't automatically create bookings.
We primarily represent DJs and artists who already have their own identity, a genuine audience and demand for their shows — and are ready for experienced support with bookings and management. The artist creates the momentum; we help build on it.
When we decide to work together, we develop a personal strategy and plan around the artist: booking direction, professional career guidance, positioning and a stronger artist brand. Our role is to help take an existing career further, while the artist keeps driving the music, performances and connection with their audience.
Sharing a roster with an established name doesn't mean sharing that artist's bookings. Every career has its own momentum, audience and opportunities.
Occasionally, we choose to invest our own time and experience in exceptional emerging talent. That decision is ours to make, and the music, live performance, vision, professionalism and personal chemistry all need to align. If you're not there yet, keep developing your sound, audience and live experience before seeking representation.
Distinctive music. An authentic story. A sound and direction that are unmistakably yours.
Real engagement, standout shows and an audience that keeps coming back.
Professionalism, ambition and the right personal connection to build for the long run.
Still building your name? Keep creating. Keep performing. Keep giving people a reason to remember you.
02 — Good to know
Thinking about joining a booking agency or finding artist management? Here is how we approach it at Redhead.
No. An agency can connect artists with promoters, handle negotiations and develop opportunities, but bookings depend on an artist's audience, live appeal and market demand. Joining a roster alone doesn't generate shows.
Occasionally, by our own choice. We primarily represent artists with established momentum, and may make a selective investment in emerging talent when the music, live show, vision, professionalism and personal connection are right. No follower count guarantees representation.
For the artists we choose to represent, we develop a personal strategy and career plan, provide professional booking and management support, and work together to build a distinctive, lasting artist brand. Representation is a partnership, not a guarantee of gigs.
Send your best music, your main social profile, recent live footage if available, a realistic overview of your bookings and a short note about the audience and career you are building. Real momentum matters more than a glossy press kit.
